Welcome to Priswa Jwell, a brand under House of Priswa, India. By accessing our website

priswa.co.in, placing an order, or engaging with us on any platform including Instagram

(@house_of_priswa) or WhatsApp, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order with Priswa Jwell through any channel — including our website

(priswa.co.in), Instagram DM (@houseofpriswa), WhatsApp, or any other platform — you

confirm that you:

● Are at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent

● Have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions

● Provide accurate and complete information during the ordering process

● Accept our pricing, shipping and return policies as stated herein

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of

our platforms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Products & Pricing

All Priswa Jewell products are crafted in anti-tarnish stainless steel with a gold finish.

● All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are exclusive of applicable taxes.

● Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

● Promotional or launch prices are valid for a limited period only.

● Product images are for representation purposes — slight variations in colour or finish

may occur due to photography lighting.

● All jewellery is made from anti-tarnish stainless steel — not solid gold or gold-filled metal.

● Our jewellery is crafted in anti-tarnish stainless steel with gold plating/coating. It is

designed to resist tarnishing under normal wear conditions including exposure to water,

sweat and daily activities. It is not solid gold or fine jewellery.

Orders & Payment

Orders can be placed through our website (priswa.co.in), Instagram DM or WhatsApp. By

placing an order you enter into a binding purchase agreement with House of PRISWA.

● All orders must be prepaid — we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) at this time

● Accepted payment methods: UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, and other

methods as available on our payment gateway

● Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment

● Order confirmation will be sent via WhatsApp or email within 24 hours

● We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors, stock unavailability

or suspected fraudulent activity

● In the event of cancellation by us, a full refund will be issued within 5–7 business

days.

Please double-check your delivery address and contact number before confirming your

order. Priswa Jwell is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect

information provided by the customer.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship pan-India through trusted courier partners. All orders are dispatched from our

facility within the following timelines:

PROCESSING TIME: 1–3 Business Days

STANDARD DELIVERY: 5–7 Business Days

METRO CITIES: 3–5 Business Days

REMOTE AREAS: 7–10 Business Days

SHIPPING CHARGES: As applicable at checkout

FREE SHIPPING: On orders above ₹999

● A tracking number will be shared via WhatsApp or email once your order is

dispatched

● Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary during peak seasons, festivals or

due to courier delays

● Priswa Jwell is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural

disasters or force majeure events

● We currently ship within India only — international shipping is not available at this

time

● All orders are packed in a Priswa gift box with care

Returns & Refunds

We have a 3-day return policy from the date of delivery. Returns are accepted only for

manufacturing defects or damaged products received. We do not accept returns for

change of mind, sizing issues or personal preference.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

● Return request raised within 24 hours of delivery

● Product must be unused, unworn and in original condition

● Product must be returned in the original Priswa gift box with all packaging intact

● Proof of purchase (order confirmation) must be provided

● Unboxing video or clear photographs of the damaged/defective product must be

shared at the time of raising the return request

The following are NOT eligible for returns or refunds:

● Products damaged due to misuse, negligence or improper care by the customer.

● Products returned without original packaging.

● Returns raised after 24 hours of delivery.

● Change of mind or personal preference

● Products purchased during sales, promotions or at discounted prices (unless

defective)

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment

method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges on the following conditions:

● Exchange request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

● Product must be unused, unworn and in original packaging.

● Exchanges are available for a different size (rings only) or a different product of

equal or higher value.

● In case of exchange for a higher-value product, the customer must pay the price

difference.

● Shipping charges for sending the product back to us are to be borne by the

customer.

● Priswa Jewell will bear the shipping charges for sending the exchanged product

to the customer.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at priswastudio@gmail.com or

WhatsApp us with your order number, photographs of the product and reason for

return/exchange within 24 hours/3 days of delivery accordingly.

Product Care & Disclaimer

Priswa Jwell products are crafted in anti-tarnish stainless steel and are designed to be

durable and long-lasting. To maintain the quality and longevity of your pieces, we

recommend the following:

● Avoid prolonged exposure to harsh chemicals including perfumes, hairsprays,

chlorine and bleach.

● Remove jewellery before swimming in chlorinated pools or the sea.

● Wipe with a soft dry cloth after wear to remove sweat or moisture.

● Store in the Priswa gift box or a dry, cool place when not in use.

● Avoid scratching against hard surfaces.

● Do not wear it while sleeping if possible.

While our jewellery is anti-tarnish and water-resistant, these properties refer to

resistance under normal daily wear conditions. We cannot guarantee results if the

product is subjected to extreme conditions, harsh chemicals or improper care.

Anti-tarnish does not mean the product is indestructible.

Individual skin chemistry varies. While our products are hypoallergenic, we recommend

discontinuing use if any skin irritation or allergic reaction occurs and consulting a doctor

if needed.

Intellectual Property

All content on priswa.co.in and @house_of_priswa including but not limited to logos,

brand names, product names, photographs, graphics, text and designs are the

exclusive intellectual property of House of Priswa.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use any Priswa content without prior

written permission

The names "Priswa Jewells", "House of Priswa", are brand identities

owned by House of Priswa.

Unauthorised use of our brand identity, product images or content may result in

legal action.

Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your personal information. When you place an order or

contact us, we collect the following information solely for the purpose of fulfilling your

Order:

Name and contact number

Delivery address

Email address (if provided)

Payment information (processed securely through our payment gateway — we

do not store card details)

We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties except courier

partners required to fulfil your delivery. Your data is stored securely and used only for

order processing and customer communication.

● We may use your contact details to send order updates and promotional

messages — you may opt out at any time

● Customer photographs shared with us for reviews may be used on our Instagram

page with your permission

● By placing an order you consent to our privacy practices as described above

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, House of Priswa / Priswa

Jwell shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our

products

Delays, loss or damage during shipping by third-party courier partners

Allergic reactions or skin conditions arising from product use — customers with known metal

allergies should consult a doctor before purchasing

Any loss arising from unauthorised access to your personal information

Damages arising from force majeure events including natural disasters, pandemics or

government actions

Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the value of the

product purchased. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India and

any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.

In the event of any dispute, we encourage customers to first contact us directly at

any formal proceedings.
